Welcome To National Malaya & Borneo Veterans Association Australia Inc. Website

There are well established Branches, representing all States and Territories, who conduct regular meetings, social functions and Remembrance Services.

We are a band of brothers and sisters who strive to keep alive the memories of those who served and some who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Malayan Emergency and Indonesion Confrontation.

We remember and honour the significant days, those being Anzac Day 25th. April, Malaya & Borneo Veterans Day 31st. August and Remembrance Day 11th. November. We also attend several other ceremonies throughout the year in all states.

There is an annual service held in Malaysia at Batu Gajah, Syed Putra and now Taiping where we rediscovered grave sites of some Australian and Allied servicemen who were KIA, DOW and DOI during the Malayan Emergency. There are also some Australian dependents buried there.

Aside from that we meet on a monthly basis to conduct our meetings and then a social gathering to talk together about anything of interest, family the footy and many other things.

All those who served from WW11 through to the present day in Malaya, Borneo or Malaysia are most welcome to join our Association. Widows, widowers, family and friends are also very welcome.

Why notcontactus and join the association, it will bring so much joy to you and yours.
