Here is a list of the available NMBVAA Merchandise. To order any of these items right click thisDownload link to obtain a copy of the order form. Clicking the right mouse button opens a pop-up menu:

The menu will have an option to "Save target as…", "Save link as…", or something similar. Click that option and choose where on your computer you want the file to be saved.

Once downloaded, the PDF form can be opened in any PDF reader software and then either:

♦ Printed out on paper, the details filled in by hand and the completed form posted to the mailing address shown.

♦ If opened in any PDF Form Filling capable program (eg. Adobe Reader) the required details can be typed into the highlighted fields. The completed form can then be saved, emailed, or printed out on paper
